Prepare your Memory - written by you, sent to us
When you're ready, place your order. When you are ready, get your story prepared into a digital format like word, google docs or notepad. If you wish to display a photos on your story, get that ready too.
Note: A link to your story is provided on the order confirmation and emailed to you after you have place your order

Send your content - we'll create your page
We will email you step-by-step instructions on where to upload your content and file(s). Once received, we’ll create Their Story page.

Sit back - you're all done
Once everything is ready, we will let you know when your loved ones page is published for you to share with your family and friends.

Updating a story easy. Simply send an email to support@theirstory.com.au with your order number and your updated content and / or photo and we will let you know once your changes have been completed.
